During your session I hold space for you. I create a container of sorts, which is a sacred, safe & non-judgemental space just for you. A space where through conversation & reflection I’ll guide you through your own process and turn you inward and have you follow your own intuition. It will give you the possibility to explore your inner world.

Throughout our conversations, exercises & reflections you will gain insight into your believes, triggers & blocks. This will enable us to work on resolving them and getting your energy flowing again.

I believe all energy exchanges are sacred. When you work with me energy is only ever exchanged upon consent.
